When humans, teams and businesses operate from a place of purpose and potential, great things happen. They have a far bigger impact and thrive. Leadership is a journey of self-development whilst cultivating the right mindsets and capabilities to actualise potential. As a facilitator, my role is to design and create the conditions and experiences that allow this to unfold in people, teams and organisations. Creating these meaningful experiences and transformational work is what I’ve been exploring, designing and delivering for 15 years across the education, non-profit, social enterprise and business sectors. My experiences and practice as a facilitator and process designer enables me to navigate complex group dynamics, ignite rich conversations and create long lasting positive change. I work with various content and mediums to achieve outcomes that allow individuals, leaders and teams to reach a greater potential.
