Established in March 2021, the firm is a member of the RL Group Law Practice and focuses on civil and commercial litigation. The firm is founded by Aarthi Jeyarajah, who was formerly from one of the largest law firms in Malaysia. She has vast and varied experience in contractual claims, tortious claims, construction disputes, defamation actions, judicial review matters (with special focus in claims relating to housing developers), claims in relation to trust and debt recovery matters. She has also developed a keen interest in arbitration disputes and court proceedings arising from arbitral awards issued (commercial and construction disputes).
