Sofor 18000 unemployed youth benefited *We have been implementing HSBC, Skill for Life Project in Erode & Salem District, TN Who we are Aaruthal Foundation is a Non-Governmental Organization.It was established in 2008 and has presence in 12 locations spread over the Nation..The Foundation reaches approximately 42,000 Youth / Women in Skill Training, around 2 Lakhs Public in various welfare programs by PAN India basis , The major purpose of this NGO for Skill Training for unemployed Youth/ Women in India was to promote employability / Entrepreneurship among the unemployed / underprivileged. Their development program includes health care, education, livelihood for children and women, provision to be equally affected by lack of resources. Our programs majorly focused on improving quality of life by following a holistic approach through Education, Employability and Entrepreneurship. Our skill development programs are aimed at improving worker skill and productivity, thereby enabling livelihoods and improving real income wages of the informal sector. We believe that education is not a one-time activity but a continuous process, and that every individual should have an opportunity to better education and better livelihoods. Our multi-pronged model focuses on varied training requirements of different profiles of individuals. Work-integrated training ensures that individuals learn while they continue to earn.
