Nanotechnology Research Center – NANOTAM was established in 2003 under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ekmel ÖZBAY within the Bilkent University.
NANOTAM is dedicated to conceptual and experimental research on applied Nanotechnology, Photonics, Micro/Nano Electronics and Semiconductor Techonologies with a strong emphasis on education and training.
In order to transform NANOTAM’s pioneering research and development studies to commercial products and to accelerate the production activities, .
