AB MikroNano (Aselsan-Bilkent MikroNano Technologies) is the leading Nanotechnology AB MikroNano aims to create high level strategic technologies. Nanotechnology Research Center – NANOTAM was established in 2003 under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ekmel ÖZBAY within the Bilkent University. NANOTAM is dedicated to conceptual and experimental research on applied Nanotechnology, Photonics, Micro/Nano Electronics and Semiconductor Techonologies with a strong emphasis on education and training. In order to transform NANOTAM’s pioneering research and development studies to commercial products and to accelerate the production activities, . We are working with talented engineers in the field of Physics, Electrical&Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Engineering along with technicians related to these fields.
