Hi, this is Matt Miller LPC, founder of Abba Psychotherapy Group, LLC . My goal with Abba is to provide men a place to work through issues and problems, but to do so with respect and to honor them and their struggles.
You don't need to give up your "Man Card" in order to participate in and benefit from therapy.
We don't blame or shame anyone here, we just focus on working through problems and finding solutions - so that our clients can live fulfilled, happy, loving, and contented lives the way God intends for us all. Some common issues that we address include PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, sexuality, and relationship issues. We provide 1-1 counseling sessions in person or remotely, We custom tailor our treatments for each individual client. Common psychotherapy methods we employ include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR Therapy, AEDP, and other treatment tools as the situations require.
If you are a man who has suffered some trauma or are feeling unfulfilled in your life and want to resolve it, then I'd be glad to help you move past coping skills and into resolving problems.
We treat all types of men with many varied backgrounds. Patients and clients have included veterans, former and current professional athletes, executives, blue collar factory workers, truck drivers, and many other positions. Our treatments are all fully confidential as protected by law.
