I am Abby and I am a Transition Guide and Therapeutic Coach. I am here to accompany others as they embark on the journey back to the truth of who they really are – to remember or discover the best version of themselves (from the inside out) and to dream and bring into reality the best version of their life – for themselves but also in their service to others and this planet. I am a qualified coach with extensive knowledge and more importantly experience of psychology, therapy, somatics, leadership, energy, bioenergetics, trauma and spirituality. My coaching offers a very safe harbour from the turbulence and chaos of everyday life. A refuge where you can pause, breathe and courageously look deeper into the questions you are asking yourself.
