I am a qualified coach with extensive knowledge and more importantly experience of psychology, therapy, somatics, leadership, energy, bioenergetics, trauma and spirituality.
My coaching offers a very safe harbour from the turbulence and chaos of everyday life. A refuge where you can pause, breathe and courageously look deeper into the questions you are asking yourself.
