ABC HR was formed with the following intent: Social & Livelihood Sector Development Labour Market Information and Analysis Skill Sector Development Activities Founding members jointly have more than 90 years of combined national and international domain experience. At ABC HR we thrive for creating "Value for All". They have been consistently contributing to enhance the social livelihood sector, skill development, livelihood generation & labour market reforms. The organization strongly follows guidelines for Safer Migration, GESI Practices and strongly stands against Child Labor and Workforce Exploitation Practices. It also promotes Safer Workplace Practices & Work Place Safety. ABC HR is capacitated to provide end to end HR solution services which includes Providing of skilled, semiskilled and unskilled workforce according to employer’s organizational needs. Organizational capacity building through resource planning, deployment of resources and conducting need & outcome based trainings, performance assessment services, payroll outsourcing services. Being a process driven organization our work starts from conducting background study and research on LMIA ( Labour Market Impact Assessment ). This is followed by prospecting of right candidates through a defined screening & selection process which includes conducting of EQ & IQ tests, pre selection counselling to understand and map right fitment to job roles. We work towards a sustainable employability model while encouraging employees to take up work skill training based on their own interest and organizational need followed by soft skill training, skill tests to benchmark their abilities and undergo a pre engagement orientation. This helps in creating value for employer as well as employees while reducing attrition and loss of livelihood.
