ABC Academy

Operating since 2018, ABC Academy is part of ABC Group of Companies, a leading group of companies based in Mauritius and operating in different sectors. The aim of ABC Academy is to empower and contribute to development of employees of the ABC Group , through a series of tailor-made trainings programs, individual coaching, among others. We also provide a range of analytical services that seek to help other departments of the ABC Group in terms of their business strategy as well as people management strategy. Enhancing the work experience and employees' wellbeing is also key to the Academy. In fact, the Academy is also specialised in the development of fun days, team-buildings or similar events, that seek to help employees bond with each other but most importantly contribute to their wellbeing. Ultimately, we are a dynamic team involved in a range of people-centered initiatives. To us, the wellbeing of employees comes before anything else.
