Services encompasses Pharmaceutical, Trade (Catering, Construction, Shopfitting and Display) and domestic including walk in custom, while the products section concentrates on products we manufacture, be it on request or to fit an ongoing project. Catering to their customers’ needs, ABCD understand that the immediate supply of high-quality products alone may not provide complete customer satisfaction. It has to be coupled with a first-rate after-sales service, to accommodate the (sometimes) emergency nature of customers’ requirements. After-Sales and Consultancy (advice on suitability of materials, flexibility in price structuring, and the cheaper alternatives available) is implemented in all projects. Beyond the realm of service centre work, ABCD also offer their clients assistance in the selection of suitable material for their unique requirement - our staff having built up years of experience in the metal industry. Should there be a specific issue that cannot be resolved offhand, rest assured they will endeavour to find a solution.
