The name, ABCE, is derived from the letters used to designate language levels achieved on rigorous evaluations within the Public Service and the Canadian Government. Over the years, ABCE has grown and holds a significant presence within the language learning field, here in Ottawa, including a Pathway Agreement with Algonquin College. We have established a solid history in teaching government employees and international students from a wealth of countries situated across the world’s continents.
