Abeille is a boutique retail advisory firm with a primary focus on tenant representation and experientially-driven landlord representation. Abeille provides a unique host of services that range from roll-out strategy, market analysis, site selection, development merchandising, tenant procurement, deal negotiation, lease review and auditing. Established in 2019, Abeille is a collaboration between real estate and restaurant industry veterans with a proven track record of ownership and development of urban core restaurant, entertainment, and retail concepts.
