ABG Fastena is a local investment manager, providing investors with access to the Nordic real estate market. We either invest through partnerships with global private equity firms and institutions, or through club deal initiatives. We always strive to generate alpha returns to our clients. This is achieved by utilizing disciplined risk assessment, deep local market knowledge and extensive experience from all real estate segments, together with active asset management. ABG Fastena was formed in 2020 by Andreas Birgersson, Per Nisses and Philip Söderqvist in a joint venture with ABG Sundal Collier.
