Abhikalpa is the Design Club of IIT Dharwad, managed by students.
The club is into various aspects of design, such as Graphic Design, 3D Modelling, Product Design, UI/UX at IIT Dharwad.
Our club is aimed at creating a culture of design by conducting workshops and events for experienced designers and newbies alike. Abhikalpa aims to be of help for both people who want to pursue a career in design and learners who just want to dabble in design.
Promoting Design Thinking will be one of the chief objectives.
The club has been involved in designing logos, posters, brochures, certificates, and the institute newsletter, Sambandh. Our plans include projects in product design and UI/UX.
Respected Professor Emeritus Pradeep Yammiyavar has agreed to be the Faculty-in-charge of Abhikalpa.
