ABIDE is a real estate service company that focuses on co-owning, funding, developing, and expanding residential, commercial and mixed-use development across the United States. We specialize in the creation of an on and off campus Church initiative that includes senior housing, workforce housing, special needs, medical office, and additional services. Abide also serves the affordable housing, workforce housing, transitional housing, and modular manufacturing industries at various capacities. We additionally, through our internal and external partnerships, look to provide pre-development investment services, construction lending services, grant writing services, and private equity services across several platforms of the real estate industry.
