LM Coaching

At LM Coaching I provide coaching services for adults with ADHD and parents of children with ADHD. My mission is to help make the lives of adults and children with ADHD more positive and productive through the coaching I provide and change my clients perspectives of themselves and the world around them. There is so much still to learn about ADHD, and so much that has been researched in the last several years. Did you know that Dr. William Dodson (a leading ADHD Professional) believes that by the time a child with ADHD reaches the age of 12, they have received 20k times more negative messages than their siblings and peers without ADHD? Can you imagine the impact that has into adulthood? I use my knowledge and training in ADHD as well as my own life experiences with the disorder to help adults turn those negative messages into positive ones and access their inner super powers. I also teach parents how to effectively work with their children so that we have less adults in the future who are unable to manage their ADHD. Helping children as their brain develops and changing the way we speak to them (even though the effects of the disorder are very frustrating at times) is key to helping their brain development and making those connections so that you are setting them up for success in Adulthood! I provide a Christian approach and use my faith and knowledge in the Bible to help guide my clients through the turmoil to a more peaceful and successful lifestyle.
