Able Radio

Able Radio is a Social Enterprise, which is a company which funds it's charitable activities through trading rather than grants. It's principal aim is to provide media opportunities to people with disabilities, and provide entertainment and information of interest to an audience who either have a disability or long term health condition or have an interest in this. It does this through internet broadcasts, which can be reached from www.ableradio.com. Other activities include training services, utilising the radio platform and providing PA services to companies and charities. Able Radio is also offering team building and communications training packages to businesses such as training and facilitating teams to produce promotional CDs etc. A variety of other media services such as digital story telling, video filming and production etc. are also available. Alsong with a range of promotional and advertising targetted at a disabled audience. All commercial activities contribute to the running costs and sustainability of the organisation.
