Services are tailored to suit your company's needs and may include regularly scheduled access to legal advice (day to day queries with a focus on commercial and corporate law) and legal project management particularly for companies starting up, rapidly growing or with a major project on the go, assistance to scope your first in-house counsel role, continuous improvement of your company's governance, compliance and legal risk management systems including training and board and company secretarial support. We have a range of documents we will prepare for you for a fixed fee. The fee includes meeting with you (phone or Microsoft Teams) to discuss your instructions and tailoring the document accordingly. Documents range from your start up suite (shareholder agreements, website terms of use and privacy policy, employee contracts and handbook) to the routine (confidentiality agreements, services agreements) to more specialised agreements (loans, tangible asset sale, deed of assignment of intellectual property).
