My Neurology journey began in Iran, where I attended medical school at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, recognized as one of the Middle East’s most prestigious and time-honored universities. I graduated in 2002, after which I relocated to Canada to study for my medical board exams. I then pursued internal medicine at the University of California San Francisco and later began my Neurology residency at Temple University in Philadelphia.
In 2013, I successfully concluded my residency and relocated to New York City, where I pursued a specialized fellowship in Neurophysiology and Epilepsy at NYU. As I gained experience in diverse areas of Neurology, I discovered my true passion lies in the field of Epilepsy.
My career has taken me to various places, including Fort Dodge, Iowa, and Sacramento, California, before ultimately settling in Texas, where I began working at JPS Hospital in Fort Worth. In addition to my clinical work, I have also served as a Tele-neurologist, collaborating with more than 40 hospitals across the country.
Throughout my professional journey, I always felt a strong desire to establish my own clinic, enabling me to provide patient-centered care aligned with my vision. This ambition materialized in 2021 with the founding of A&B Neurology.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is when I get one-on-one time with my patients in a space where they can genuinely feel valued and heard. I strive to bring smiles to their faces and relief to their lives, employing a holistic approach that considers not just their symptoms but their overall health. I am dedicated to doing everything within my power to support my patients and firmly believe in never giving up on their behalf.
