Building upon over 20 years experience in the construction sector we have an extensive understanding of all delivery models and have the ability to identify solutions to realise our partners’ visions. We operate a lean overhead model where waste is our enemy. We don't have expensive, fancy offices, in fact, we don't have any offices at all! Low overheads enables us to reduce costs and increase profits for us and our clients and partners. Contracting: We undertake traditional and design and build main contracting for local authorities, housing associations, care providers and private developers. Land-led Contracting: We offer a complete turnkey land and construction service to our clients. We source land, procure design services, obtain approvals and build-out schemes. Joint Ventures: We work with developers, local authorities and housing associations to jointly develop housing sites for open market sale.
