Abode Srl was established in 2006 with the aim of creating the premier real estate agency in Italy. Based in the beautiful and unspoiled Niccone Valley, on the border between eastern Tuscany and northern Umbria, Abode already covers a large portion of central Italy. Our intention is to showcase the best Italian real estate on the market, through a combination of innovative advertising and cutting edge website technology. The company recently won the Best Italian real estate website at the annual International Property Awards in London. This, combined with our long running relationship with Savills as their exclusive representative in Umbria and southern Tuscany, has allowed us to achieve and maintain this aim. Company directors Nick Ferrand (founder) Nick’s former life as a fashion photographer and Notting Hill estate agent and founder of DomusNova brings the element of artistic flair and tenacity that has seen the Abode brand move from strength to strength.
