About Abode of Liberation
The Abode of Liberation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit boarding house dedicated to welcoming individuals with intellectual disabilities who are seeking an alternative to traditional group homes. Our mission is to alleviate the restrictions often associated with agency-directed care, empowering individuals of diverse abilities to lead lives filled with dignity and independence. Our inclusive environment is designed to embrace individuals with high-functioning intellectual disabilities and their consumer-directed caregivers. We recognize that traditional group homes may not suit everyone's needs, which is why we offer a unique and liberating housing option tailored to individual preferences and requirements. Because group homes aren't for everyone.
