This is an invitation to small business owners making at least $10K per year from their service-based business.
This bookkeeping package is a good fit for business owners who are getting serious about growing their business and want to get their finances in order so they're ready to scale.
I provide the following services:
1) Initial assessment and account set-up or clean-up - business model, typical expenses, and future scalability. I will create your Quickbooks Online account, or you can add me to your existing one. (I work exclusively with Quickbooks Online.)
2) Data import - I’ll bring your books up to date for the tax season we’re in when you enroll.
3) Ongoing bookkeeping and reporting - expenses, invoicing and receiving payments, and reconciling your bank accounts and credit cards. Includes monthly reporting, including the profit and loss and balance sheets, as well as any other custom reports you’d like to see. You’ll be responsible for adding receipts as you get them (I’ll get you set up with the app to make it a snap ;), printing physical checks, and making the moolah.
4) (Optional) Payroll - if you have employees (or are ready to hire), I will process payroll, pay payroll taxes, and take care of the reporting required by law.
Clients get unlimited email access, monthly check-ins (phone call or text), and quarterly planning sessions.
I charge $40/hr for the initial phases (account set up, catch up, and clean up), and then we’ll agree on a monthly flat rate once we switch into maintenance mode. Simple businesses can expect to pay $400-600 set up and $200-600 ongoing. Large businesses can expect to pay $800-2,000 for set up and $800-2,000 ongoing.
