Welcome to ABRICOT, the only plant-based cocktail bar in Paris! We're a women-owned business founded by Jennifer Crain and Allison Kave, American expats from San Francisco and Brooklyn. Our diverse and flavorful menu is inspired by our Mexican and Ashkenazi roots, and features classic and modern cocktails like our mezcal hibiscus paloma and jalapeño pineapple pisco sour, as well as amazing plant-based food options.
