In 2011, I created my personal vision: happy, healthy, and grateful. By honoring health and wellness in my personal life more tangibly, my career evolved to align with my core values and skills.
After a decade in corporate wellness, in 2020 I founded Abridge Consulting. My vision is simple - get more people, more help, sooner. I believe we can all learn how to be a bridge between people struggling with their mental health to the support they need and deserve.
