ABSALON & CO is an independent company of real estate professionals and former retailers advising and matchmaking landlords and retailers based on their wishes and needs. ABSALON & CO engages exclusively in letting, selling and development of shops, flagship stores and retail property. When founded in 1988, ABSALON & CO elected to become the Copenhagen retail property advisor. Today, ABSALON & CO is commonly known as Copenhagen´s premier retail property advisor due to involvement in approx. 75% of all letting, selling and development of Copenhagen´s most attractive retail spaces since 1988. After long preparation ABSALON & CO initially intensifies efforts to become international retailers’ preferred gateway to the entire Scandinavian Market. Today, ABSALON & CO has elected to become the Scandinavian retail property advisor. Over the years, ABSALON & CO has been invited and encouraged to provide services in several European countries. In 2018 ABSALON & CO became a member of The International Retail Network - 10 countries, 10 companies with more than 300 people focusing on retail real estate - all thinking globally, acting locally.
