Absolute Hydraulics is an enterprise that provides “made in the USA” top-quality hydraulic jet pump equipment and top-quality jet pump technical support for energy producers across the United States of America that are in need of reliable and correctly engineered jet pump solutions. For 20 years, our work has been designing, installing, and optimizing jet pump systems for operators across the United States and abroad. We have helped many operators properly install their jet pump systems from the beginning. We have worked with many oil companies and advised them on how to properly configure and install a jet pump completion, how to install the surface equipment and piping correctly, and how to start up the system using the best procedures. We have a proven record of successfully increasing jet pump production by at least 20% during both the early and late production stages. Absolute Hydraulics, LLC has the capacity to study, diagnose and propose a technically sound and cost effective solution for remotely communicating jet pump, saltwater disposal and water injection equipment running parameters (power fluid pressure, returns pressure, triplex RPM, power fluid rate). These operational values are electronically measured by gauges / transducers from the triplex pump and wellhead, then the on-site cellular modem transmit the signals to the well operator. Each parameter can be seen over the internet on any computer, tablet and smart phone. In order to warn the well custodian, alarms can be programmed to each parameter, as power fluid pressure and back pressure maximum and minimum, surface pump rpm maximum and minimum; an alarm notification will be sent to one or several people in order to alert about a breach on the previously programmed limits, so that the well custodians can take immediate actions.
