Absolve Therapeutics moves novel Oncology therapeutics to clinical proof-of-concept, using model-based drug development.
We have identified a significant driver of clinical success for Oncology antibodies (half-life) and have developed an AI-based discovery platform that generates large numbers of candidate antibodies with a high likelihood of being successful in the clinic. We use a lean and focused screening approach, optimized using decision science, to quickly identify leads.
In addition to our discovery platform, we also have an in-licensed pipeline of lead antibody candidates. We develop these leads using model-based drug development approaches, which focus on the key parameters driving the assessment of therapeutic potential (therapeutic window, dose schedule, patient selection), thereby enabling efficient and rigorous go/no-go decisions.
Our team couples informatics and mathematical modeling experts with seasoned pharma R&D executives who have spent decades developing entire drug pipelines. This synthesis of cutting-edge with real-world expertise enables us to apply innovative technologies in the right context.
We are currently building a diverse pipeline of novel anticancer antibodies, focused on immuno-oncology and bispecific therapeutic modalities. These assets are intended to be partnered, either through sponsored research agreements or commercial deals, at the late pre-clinical or early clinical stages.
