We work towards minimizing the potential disruptive effects of restructuring processes on the company's assets, its administrators, shareholders and guarantors. We advise on the acquisition and sale of companies and production plants. We advise on operational and financial restructuring processes (refinancing agreements, out-of-court settlements with creditors, bankruptcy agreements). Legal representation in pre-insolvency and insolvency procedures (bankruptcy procedures).
