ABT was formed in early 2016 to provide corporate finance and transaction support to HNW individuals, family offices, investor clubs and private equity funds. We are selective in the mandates we accept adopting a long term, sustainable business model that prioritises the promotion of successful transactions over short term fee income. Wherever possible we seek to align our interests with those of our clients and adopt flexible fee structures enabling equity positions to be accepted in lieu of cash fees. We focus on the sectors we know best as this is where we are strongest. We have a highly experienced team of senior professionals from a variety of industry sectors and these are where we concentrate most heavily. Our core sectors are: – Real Estate – Hospitality & Leisure – Entertainment – Retail Whilst we focus most heavily on the ‘core’ sectors mentioned above we do also provide services in other sectors.
