Maxi Studio Srl is an Italian manufacturer of plastic components founded in 1993 by the brothers Simonaggio which is active in the processing and molding of plastic materials. The company was born as a serigraphy workship and during the years has improved its processes and dimensions until specializing in the production of high-end cycling helmets. Maxi Studio offers to the customers a fully integrated production chain, which in the case of helmets includes: screen-printing, thermoforming, CNC trimming, EPS injection, pad printing and assembly. Maxi Studio was acquired in 2021 by ABUS, a German group dealing with safety products and the global leader of locks, and it is now the own manufacturer of ABUS high end road helmets. The company is also operating in other industries like food machineries, lighting, sport equipment, luggage, exhibitors, and OEM manufacturing for other helmet brands. The company represents the Made in Italy components of the ABUS family and synonym of quality especially in the coloring process, with an experience of over 30 years. The mission of the company is to expand its market share together with ABUS and enhance the quality of the entire process, being both profitable and sustainable.
