ACACAP is a brand-driven member organization, focused on raising IP awareness, standards, and proactive effective enforcement, across Asia. It was founded by fashion, sports, and lifestyle brands to tackle the continuous growth of counterfeiting, IP infringements and exportation to key sales markets.
Our mission is to ‘empower brands to achieve their goals through intelligent strategies’. In support of this mission, we have developed a vast network of investigators and law firms that support our ethical approach. They are tasked with identifying, disrupting, and disabling illicit supply chains and creating financial disincentives for investors and producers of infringing goods. In support of these activities, we have developed strong relations with local law enforcement, customs authorities, and local stakeholders.
