Academia Barista Pro (Barista Pro Academy) is a privately owned Barista School, founded by married couple Jonathan Rodríguez and Johanna de Rodríguez. Our main goal is to teach our students the best coffee preparation practices to prepare excellent coffee drinks. We teach classes from Monday through Saturday, and dedicate all our free time to coffee.
ABP has been open since 2008, but coffee has been part of us for much more. ABP has worked with over 1000 companies from all over and has an aprox of 5000 students from different nationalities.
We have trained people from: Japan, Taiwan, Costa Rica, Panama, Vienna, Spain, Chile, Peru, USA, Mexico, Thailand, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Czech Republic, Panama, Belice, Nicaragua, Honduras and of course, El Salvador.
One of our passions since 2008 is training Baristas for Competition. We have been doing it for what seems to be a long time. Super proud, that every year, students make it to the final round.
