Academics for Development is a non-profit organization advocating for social entrepreneurship. We strive to give all students the opportunity to enrich themselves and have durable social impact through a hands on, multidisciplinary, and cross-cultural entrepreneurial experience. Besides our projects, AFD also organizes events to bring students in touch with different aspects of social entrepreneurship and other like-minded people. Our main goal is to inspire and stimulate students to take initiative and make a difference for society.
AFD is currently active in Leuven and Gent.
