AIM enables corporations to thrive in this new world by helping them initiate and accelerate their business transformation journey through end-to-end incubation programs and services related to transformational leadership, digital transformation, change management, business model innovation, strategic growth for start-ups, entrepreneurial leadership, and other major business innovations. Our founding team has developed deep expertise working with senior executives of global companies such as the Aditya Birla Group, Britannia, CavinKare, Godrej Consumer Products, Mafatlal Industries, Medtronic, Nestle, PepsiCo, Sonata Software, Diageo, Usha International and others in India, and with Alcoa, FedEx, Harley-Davidson, Intuit, and other Fortune 500 companies in the US , to develop and implement business strategies and innovative business opportunities that transform business. We have developed innovative frameworks and practices for transformational leadership, workplace wellbeing, digital business models, digitized customer journeys, design thinking, and change management of digital transformation. The goal was to design multimillion dollar transformative business opportunities at leading corporations across the globe. We have worked with senior executives and category managers to develop these opportunities, including the design of integrated customer engagement (ICE) platforms, online advocacy communities, digitally-enabled food hubs, customer experience platforms, etc.
