Acasta’s business was launched in 2009 by Mike Humphries as the Polygon Convertible Opportunities strategy. We changed our name to Acasta Partners in 2022, drawing the inspiration from the Acasta Gneiss, a rock outcropping in the Canadian Northwest Territories. Formed nearly four billion years ago, this rock formation stands as an enduring archetype for a patient and robust investment framework. The gniess is comprised of unique and diverse minerals with visibly distinct bands, reflective of our collaborative and multi-disciplinary approach to investing.
Acasta Partners is a relying adviser of TFG Asset Management LP, which is registered as an investment adviser under the United States Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
