American Councils for International Education Baltics

American Councils opened its first office in the Baltics in 2009, but has been active in the region since 1995. With offices now in Vilnius, Riga, and Tartu, American Councils administers programs throughout the Baltics and Belarus. American Councils works to empower individuals and institutions to address challenges in a diverse and interconnected world.
