ACCA is a vibrant, inclusive organisation based in Chesterfield, dedicated to celebrating culture, promoting unity, and empowering our community. We provide a welcoming space where people of all backgrounds can connect, share experiences, and take part in activities that improve wellbeing, tackle isolation, and strengthen community bonds. Our work includes: - Cultural Celebrations – Showcasing African and Caribbean heritage through events such as Black History Month and Windrush commemorations. - Community Support – Hosting luncheon clubs, warm spaces, and wellbeing sessions to bring people together. - Education & Awareness – Visiting schools, delivering talks, and creating opportunities for cultural exchange and learning. - Collaboration – Partnering with local authorities, charities, and community groups to ensure voices are heard and needs are met. From vibrant cultural events to vital support services, ACCA continues to champion diversity, inclusion, and positive change for the African and Caribbean community and beyond.
