Accelerate This summer

Our focus is on children from less privileged backgrounds who encounter various challenges when it comes to adapting to the education system. We understand that many of them face language barriers, particularly in speaking English, which leads to hesitation in expressing their thoughts and ideas. Additionally, in countries like India, career choices are often limited to traditional options like becoming a doctor or engineer, restricting their exploration of other potential paths. Our initiative aims to address these issues by providing support and guidance to these children and their parents. We strive to broaden their horizons by showcasing a wide array of career options beyond conventional ones, aligning with their unique interests and talents. Building confidence in them and helping them overcome their introverted nature is our primary objective. Though these children acquire a considerable amount of knowledge in their local schools, they often struggle when it comes to presenting it before others. Having impacted more than 2400 children; we have empowered children by offering online sessions with international mentors, free classes in astronomy, general knowledge, and science, along with talent shows and personality development camps. Despite being underestimated in their studies, I proved these assumptions wrong by teaching 4th graders 8th-grade topics during the lockdown. Surprisingly, they not only grasped but also efficiently explained these topics to others. I also nurtured their poetry and public speaking skills, instilling a curiosity for lifelong learning. The 10-day international summer camp aimed to provide a prestigious camp experience, reinforcing their commitment to education and transforming them into well-rounded individuals with diverse experiences from ATC. I hope this impact will encourage them to stay in education and succeed in all aspects of life.
