Accelerating Australia

Accelerating Australia was a consortium of 20 organisations nationally within the MedTech, Biotech and Pharmaceutical sectors. The aim of the project was to encourage commercialisation within the MTP sector by improving coordination and collaboration as well as improving workforce skills necessary for future market needs. This venture received funding through the MTPConnect Project Fund Program – a dollar-for-dollar matched program investing in big, bold ideas to boost Australia’s medical technology, biotechnology and pharmaceutical sector, supported by the Australian Government Industry Growth Centres Initiative – learn more at mtpconnect.org.au The legacy of Accelerating Australia was the support of Biodesign Australia (biodesign.au), SPARK Oceania (sparkglobal.io/locations/spark-oceania/) and CERI (ceri.org.au) during a crucial period in their development, and their activities go from strength to strength!
