Access Coaching Collective (ACC) ensures that high-quality, equity-centered coaching is accessible to social impact leaders.
ACC does this in several key ways:
1.) ACC works with organizations to address leadership challenges by connecting new and experienced leaders to high-quality, vetted coaches.
2.) ACC provides clients with a diverse roster of coaches with a strong equity lens to choose from. ACC recognizes that social and racial inequities often mean that people that hold marginalized identities are often least likely to have access, and our goal to make coaching accessible helps to reduce this gap.
3.) ACC removes barriers for organizations to connect leaders to coaching by taking on the management and administration of running a tailored coaching program at a reasonable cost.
Why Coaching?
Leaders at all levels are experiencing unprecedented challenges, burnout, and staff and leader transition, and coaching provides individual tailored support for leaders in a way that other professional development can’t. In a recent survey conducted by Crimsonbridge Foundation, coaching was rated as one of the top two things that leaders want access to as they navigate their roles.
