Accessibility Solutions 360

Accessibility Solutions 360, located in Millerstown, Pennsylvania, is a fully licensed and insured division of BCE Construction. We are a family-owned and -operated business that serves the entire state of Pennsylvania. We offer a variety of home modification solutions for clients with limited mobility. Bill and Lisa Culwell operate the company from their family farm. Bill is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, Certified Environmental Access Consultant, Certified Renovator Remodeler and Certified Home Assessment & Modification Specialist with 25 years of experience. He invented and holds the patent for the Wyng® Access System, which is used for small space bathroom access. Lisa has a degree in business and has training in Activities of Daily Living through VGM. Their daughter, Casey, also works for the company. Casey has a degree in kinesiology and is also a Certified Environmental Access Consultant and Certified Renovator Remodeler. Spencer, their son, is a Certified Environmental Access Consultant as well. He has been with the company since 2014 starting in the field and working his way up to now being an estimator. Accessibility Solutions 360 has helped hundreds of clients with their home modification projects. Every one of our clients is important to us, so we strive to make the home modification experience as easy as possible. We are happy to work with insurance companies and other organizations that may fully or partially fund the modifications. All of our projects meet the latest building code specifications as adopted by the municipality you live in, and they are inspected as those codes require.
