Accessible Automation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation, is committed to empowering marginalized communities by providing comprehensive industrial robot instruction. Inspired by our motto, "Making automation accessible", our mission is to bridge the skills gap in the fast-growing global industrial robotics market, projected to reach $75.6 billion by 2024 with a compound annual growth rate of 9.3% from 2021 to 2024. We aim to equip previously under-served individuals with the skills necessary to excel in this burgeoning industry, opening up opportunities for social and economic growth. Leveraging statistical data, Accessible Automation addresses the critical need for skilled labor in industrial robotics. With 2.1 million manufacturing jobs in the United States expected to remain unfilled by 2030, as reported by Deloitte and the Manufacturing Institute, our focus on marginalized communities helps mitigate this skills gap while fostering a more inclusive workforce. The World Economic Forum's projections of 12 million new jobs created by automation and robotics by 2025 further emphasize the potential for economic mobility through our program content.
