Accessible Services Case Management offers Third Party Administrators, Insurance Carriers, and Law Firms a one stop location for providing and meeting all their claimant’s accessibility needs.
Our nationwide network of vetted Occupational Therapists, DME Providers, and Licensed Contractors can evaluate and provide the medically necessary products and home modifications for your claimants. These services and products include but are not limited to:
• OT evaluations and reports done either independently or in conjunction with our network contractors to ensure structural integrity of the recommended modifications.
• DME products for bathroom, kitchen, and home accessibility
• Threshold and Aluminum – Steel – Wooden Ramps for access into the claimant’s house
• Vertical Platform Lifts for when standard ramps are not a viable option
• Curved and Straight Stairlifts for interior and exterior steps
• Whole or partial (bathroom only, etc.) home modifications
• Vehicle modifications and wheelchair / scooter lifts
• Power Wheelchairs and Scooters
• Custom Vans
Once you supply us with your claimant’s demographics and requested services, our dedicated Case / Project Managers will handle every step of the DME and home modification process.
There are no evaluation fees, additional charges, or contracts required to work with us. The exception would be any PT / OT report as that becomes part of your claimant’s medical records. We provide the manufacturer's warranty on the products that we supply and a one-year craftsmanship warranty on all our home modifications.
