Welcome to the Access to Work Collective. We are here because we want to make Access to Work, work for everyone who needs it. Access to Work is a government scheme that helps disabled people get in and stay in work by funding practical support like tech, travel, and other workplace adjustments. We’re bringing together disabled people and our organisations, employers, researchers, suppliers and policymakers to: - Raise awareness of the scheme - Share solutions - Support inclusive employment and self-employment - Reduce the disability employment gap and disability pay gaps We believe no one should be held back by barriers that can be removed.
