ACCHE was established and registered as a Private Limited Liability Company with the Government of The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on 10th January 2006 within provisions provided in the Act No: 17 of 1982, pursuant to section 15(1). Main function of this establishment has been demarcated to provide consultation education in Australia.
