To achieve our standard of quality, every facet of the manufacturing process must be correct. Most production steps at our manufacturing facility are carried out by hi-tech machinery. Some are carried out by hands, with the final shaping, aligning and polishing being done individually by skilled instruments craftsmen.
Our Quality Control (QC) Department inspects every individual instrument according to the most exacting standards in the industry.
Accompany Surgical has set itself the target of bringing its instruments in line with recognized international standards by adopting all the procedures, testing and process control methods and parameters as laid down by ISO9001:2008, ISO13485:2003, CE Marking and Quality System Regulation (QSR) of US FDA.
