Acconomy was started to bring together the tax and compliance aspects of an accounting practice with the knowledge of running a medium sized company to provide across the board compliance, tax and advisory services to entrepreneurial, growth minded SMES. Our clients are primarily growth focused businesses from contractors using Personal Service Companies with IR35 considerations through to SMEs who harness technology to provide their competitive edge. Our practice is itself entirely cloud based and has been for the last 10 years! Beyond the day to day compliance work our services extend to an expertise in Research & Development tax credits with some notable big wins, Employee share options schemes (EMI), Patent Box and KPI development and implementation. Acconomy offers a fully outsourced Virtual Finance Department (VFD) from bookkeeping through to Finance Director and have a track record in providing a turnkey solution for overseas companies wanting to set up a UK operation in particular those using Xledger.
