Using this data, we create comprehensive reports for the building owner, providing valuable insights into the property's layout and usage. In cases where the existing CAD drawings are incomplete or unavailable, we partnered with Vibranalysis Inc. to employ 3D scanning technology to capture accurate measurements and create virtual representations of the areas. This enables us to use the scans to create architectural drawings to assess building areas and spaces. By utilizing the information in the CAD drawings and having the 3D scanning capabilities, Accurate Areas LLC offers a comprehensive service to building owners, providing them with detailed reports and data-driven insights to aid in decision-making, renovations, space optimization, or potential property expansions.
