Consulting & Intermediation We offer consultancy in the sales processes and we identify existing problems, providing the best solutions to increase your company's sales of goods and services on the market, prospecting to identify new partnerships. We intermediate sales processes in the interest of our customers and partners. -The main objective is to develop existing sales channels to achieve maximum potential and create new strategies and sales channels to achieve sales growth imposed by the customer. - Structured with the client the sales objectives for the medium and long term. I worked with the sales department to improve or make changes in the sales teams, sales strategy, finding new sales channels, and improving the workflow of each department that is related to the sales, in order to reach the objectives. - Project Manager for: • Enterprise Resource Planning (Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP); • Warehouse Manager Softwer (WMS) Sales Support Adequate promotion in the domestic and foreign markets of the products and services. Achieving new sales strategies and identifying new sales channels; Intermediation of sales and negotiating contracts, monitoring and order management, and providing assurances on the proper functioning of the sales process. Business to Business This program provides a broad base of partners, offering ease in identifying desired business partnerships. It provides the possibility to promote projects that you have underway, which you want to participate in, or reference projects completed to date.
