ACDS, LLC was established in 2003 as an outgrowth of Agricultural and Community Development Services, Inc. (Founded in 1997). Our consulting services focus on core business areas of rural and urban economic development, technology-based project development, food and resource based industry development, and small business development and formation. ACDS, LLC serves a diverse mix of clients, including government and public agencies, corporations, private developers, institutional investors, financial institutions and non-profit organizations. The diversity of our client base allows us to approach economic development and strategic planning from a wide range of perspectives.
